BISA Copyright Review: October ‘08
Download the first issue of the BISA Copyright Review
The BISA Copyright Review is a human-readable, comparative, nuanced report on the copyright review process in Brazil, India and South Africa. The goal is for those involved in the copyright review process (government, lobbyists, academics, government advisers, activists) to learn from the experiences of the target countries – in particular from the experience of India where there has most recently been a copyright review – and to ensure that South Africa and Brazil don’t make the same mistakes in their upcoming review processes. In this issue, read the chapter on the history of the development of copyright in these three countries.
iCommons Annuals are collections of articles, interviews, reviews and other writings that inform and compliment the iSummits.
